Nice tanks there. Well Done.

Not much for the 40k Stormtroopers, sorry. Not your painting, just I did not like the minis.

Either way, looking forward to seeing your other projects over time.

Well, I'm a big fan to be honest, they've been some of my favourite 40k minis since they came out.  I originally just had 2 squads, but I decided I've have the same number for my 40k as you get in an Epic Storm Trooper formation...  :o0

Anyway, I'm glad the Tanks are a big hit - more of them next week!  :D

Figured you liked them, otherwise why buy so many.  :;):

One of the things I have always liked about SciFi minis regardless of scale or company is that there is something each of us can find that we like. Even when we each have different tastes, we can still find what we like.

Look forward to seeing more of your stuff!

I am also not sure about the Storm Troopers. I prefer these guys (actually the only minis that I like for Rezoluton):

Now those are quite cool!    I also like the Urban War Viridian Colonial Marines.  If I did an Urban War army, ti'd be those.

Although I have a huge soft spot for the 3rd ed. 40k Storm Trooper miniatures, they have been superceeded by all sorts of better sculpted and scaled miniatures, like the Kasrkin... but I'll always love these particular ones!  :D

Those do look nice. Would make a great trooper for many games.  :;):

Yesterday some stuff cropped up, so I wasn't able to spend as much time as I'd hoped for painting, but still managed to paint an Epic Basilisk - I'll post a pic when I've completed some more Epic Tanks to go with it (on to the Hydras now!)

Today I spent modelling & sculpting.  I did some work on the Colossian Imperial Guardsmen which will be the two Armoured Fist squads in my 40k Inquisition army.  I assembled two Lascannon teams (the guardsmen aren't going to be stuck on the base until they've been painted), then I started on the Green Stuff work needed to finish these minis.  Today, I did the Berets, as the pics show:

Tomorrow, unless I get called in for some work, I'll do some more to these, and if there's time some more painting.

Till then, enjoy!

I caved in and ended up ordering a pack of the Infantry Assault Squad, here:

But, really I just wanted to pick up two of the Wardroids!

Those are nice looking war droids.  :;):

Did you see on their site where they offer some tips for how to slightly modify them to make them look different?

Adjust the stance slightly and it looks like they are in a different pose. If you like that kind of thing, it is worth looking at.

I've seen these before - they're very nice!   It's a shame they don't seem to make any 'adversaries' like aliens or alternative uniformed soldiers - they'd be a great basis for a sci-fi skirmish game.

Anyway, I've tonnes of 40k and Epic stuf to paint before I can think about other sci-fi games!

That is the same problem I always have. I have not even finished what I own and yet I keep seeing things I want.

Or as some keep telling me, I NEED.
