Wow !!! Another reason I only do Epic ! Most of my Epic is in display cases on shelves around the War Room ! Some in the colorful original boxes ... With 9+ armies + terrain (and more Armorcast [& E:A] on the way !) I'm beginning to reach "critical mass" !

Wait-a-minute. Did I just see a Warhound with a WARLORD'S LEGS in the first pic, just up and to the right of the Imperial tracked palace?
Pics, "please" (TINARBAO)...

Another view of the mess. | V,
Once I find my Card Reader I'll show you what a mess looks like. Your stuff looks great.

Wow, you really looked hard at those pics! Mojarn, Dafrca, close enough, but not quite. I'd got some very ancient models (and, guess what, conversions) in the display case, which I'd been meaning to restore or just store until I have the time to do so. Which means I'm too embarassed to show them properly as they're - well - ugh. Ok, so some of my 'modern' work is too, but at least I'm still pleased with it. Anyway, old 'WarLord legs' is slated for refurnishment, but currently in storage; as a result of popular demand (i.e. your two requests) I'll 'bump' him up the sequence and redo him sooner. Without changing him too much too.
He is NOT a Warhound though - he's a Beetleback sans Beetleback, a sort of lightweight recon Warlord. Must've been thinking of Nelson in the Med without frigates for reconnaissance. This was before I bought my first pair of Warhounds... I'm still pleased with his original (read 'weird') weapons mounting....
Dafrca - looking forward to see your idea of a mess. Tas - the Nina's all the wife's work - not bad, eh?

EPIC TRYGON
To celebrate Maksim's continuing role in championing Epic Tyranids, here's a pic of a Trygon I rescued out of the bottom of the cabinet and strongly refurbished (washed, drybrushed, and based).

EPIC HARRIDAN
The poor Harridan hadn't even made the cabinet. Washed and drybrushed fixed that, and she'd currently sharing pride of place with her Trygon friend.

EPIC HARRIDAN Here she is again. My Tyranid army is minute, and I'll be buying troops if these ever come out. My currently completed models are painted in a bewildering array of colours which I'm now toning down a bit. I'll have to admit Nids are a favourite army of mine in both Epic and 40K - not to mention their Space Hulk colleagues. They're fun to paint.
