Been mesing around with greenstuff this morning, detailing a few more Space wolves among other things.

I've had a pack of 28mm sculpting Dollies since Salute in April & figured I'd try my hand at something a little larger, so here's the results of my first attempt at a 28mm face.

Its not great, but I learnt a lot doing it & already know the main points I need to improve on (eyes deeper, give cheekbones more angle & about half the size of the nose!). It was certainly better than just throwing away the excess greenstuff like I usually do!

A number of miniature producers make them - I know Reaper do some for example, but I got mine from Amazon Miniatures. Also got some of the tools they do (the 4 pack - the singular one is a kids toy!) & am waiting for some of their "Grey matter" sculpting putty which I've heard good things about.

I decided to take a break from Squats and do something else for a change. If I get it ready in time I'll enter it in the painting competition; it is the ***** ******* ******* ******* ****.  :;):

I've almost finished my first three Knights Paladin - the final coat of blue is all that's needed to complete the job.

The problem is I have another 15 to paint after this.....

Got back to the Battle Sister. Began painting her backpack and drilled out the Bolter barrell.

Finished off some Vanquishers and Demolishers and added the pics to the Epic Lounge.
Unfortunately we've had a lot of bad weather here up north lately and combined with the time of year it's becoming almost impossible to get enough natural light to snap some decent pics. (Think Twin Peaks with only 7 hours of daylight and a bit more more moisture...)

Cheers! :)

Well, snapped out of the autumn depression. It was like (representing my state of mind with emoticons) ? :L ?:L ? ?:-: ?:D
Now I am back, and better.

Yesterday, I have prepped the hooks to hang the radiator in my room in a more convenient place (ie just behind my workplace instead on the other side of the room), just need a longer cable (will buy today).

Got a hyperglycemy again. Well, did a lot of work on GS and painting. Virtually every project went a bit forward, and the Battle Sister needs just some fixing on the white, then blacklining and retouches of black and finally I'll be able to gloss varnish her armor.

Yesterday I have purchased new earphones... this time there was nothing cheap avaible so I went for a set almost three times more expensive then what I usually used... and I am pretty satisfied with the outcome. 22Khz frequency means better quality and I can really enjoy my music with it.

On the subject of music, I just burned a few new Audio discs at school. Some good stuff on them. Currently I'm enjoying Knightrider of Doom by Rhapsody.
