Just rercieved a FW order today. More than half of the models were completely spoiled by flash. A few were even miscasts with the rear tracks and trackguard of a Stormsword completely missing! Probably the last batch before the moulds were supposed to be replaced  I have had some flashy models before but never as many nor as severe as this. Sent them a mail asking for replacements -they're usually have great cust-serv. However they also sent the stuff to my old adress despite the fact that i filled in my new one on the order form!
I guess their system saves one's old adress in case you place another order within 6 months...

Don't let them get away with that W/N. We all spend too much $$$ on F/W stuff and we all should expect much better quality assurance ! Let us know how this works out for you. I'm a bit annoyed hearing about this type of thing !

W/M, they do have these problems with addresses. About third of the shipments I've got has gone to a wrong address; they have mixed up the delivery and billing address and renamed me a few times by (it seems) rearranging the letters in my name randomly.
It would seem to me that the superheavies are more prone to the flash and miscasts than other models. I have never had problems other than the odd broken lascannon barrel but you are not the first person to give negative feedback on the IG SHTs.

Lots of joy as I came home tonight! A FW package, and then the downer. No valkryies in the box and the package note doesn't even say they are outstanding.FW giveth joy with one hand taketh with the other

What I did when I ordered my Epic F/W Valks, S/Goth, Chaos and Ork Aircraft was to tell them to send them to me all at once since their release dates vary. That saves me postage and them the hassle of sending multiple parcels. ?
I've done this before and it usually works!  ?
And a sidebar, I just got my e-NL from G/W US and E:A models are listed on that site! ?
However, it is a little confusing, like the Whirlwinds and Hunters are in different packs? ?
Which conflicts with the W/D listings and even the preorder receipt I got!? ?
Plus release dates are questionable or not there? ?
But it appears all SM, IG & Ork models made or to be made, are listed, with limited pics.
Oh well... better than nothing and it's a start!

Just spent a little time on the G/W site ... it is a bit "skittish" but it does give you the basic idea. ?And when I went deeper into their link, the Whirlwind and Hunter are listed 2 each in the same blister, but it does not look like that when you first look on the link. ?And it lists 5 Lander Speeders as all the same model ... wasn't there 3 versions in the same blister ? ?Oh, well the first report is always wrong !? ? I should be a reporter for CNN !

Hi!
I saw the GWUS lists for epic, I can only shudder at the prices 7.50 for one metal land raider...
...reavers for 30 dollars and great gargant for 40 dollars...
....10 leman russes for 40 bucks......
I'll say one thing though, these prices make the old archive seem cheap in comparison..heck even FW seems a better buy.....

Cost may be a factor in whether or not GW US reopens Epic Archive... but only time will tell. ?
The GW US E-A site was a bit more receptive today, however some of the numbers and type per blister, are different from what I understood in the past... ?
Prices are a bit high. L/Russ = $4.00 each and Manticore/Basilisks = $4.44. And those are the cheap ones!

Ouch! That sounds like Epic could be in trouble in the U.S at those prices. F/W is still cheaper for many vehicles in the UK. Also I prefer the resin or plastic over metal.
