Some update on my fleet, not much but I menage to have some progress on my hiveship


Some new stuff came in from ebay i'got a huge FW Tau fleet and some SWEET Spacefleet models! So now i've got even more thing s to work on.

Dude, it would really be a shame if some of those SpaceFleet models fell into some RTV silicon.

I really like those Eldar space fleet models. I hope that what Otterman hopes happens to them.  :laugh:

Speaking of those old ships: Anyone know if the big eldar Battleships featured in a waaaay old WD were ever released?

They vere bought for that :D so your hopes will be achieved :D Unfortunatly i lost my contact to the "cloner" but i'm starting to experiment myself. One thing i must figure out is how to reattach them :/ they're glued really hard...

Warmaster Nice - You're speaking about the "Eldar Spacefleet Battleship"? There was at least one model, i saw it propably on the same WD page that you talking about.
btw.The reason i asked Blackhorizon for the Eldar ships measurments is that i wan't to biuld one from scratch :).  I'm armed with all the referance material i could get my hands on and I propably start a new WIP topic as soon as my school sessions ends. I wan't to have a whole "Spacefleet CWE" but i'm having second thoughts on that because first i didn't liked the CWE models but i'm starting to like them more and more... we'll see...

Nice work your tyranid fleet is starting to look really interesting.

Yes. IIRC it was from a WD with some "Nazi uniform" Blood Axe Orks on the cover. I can't remember the issue number though.

And just for the glory of this, two Spacefleet models. i started ungluing so Eldar is missing one sail, sorry :)



And here's my conception, Unfortunatly those Spacefleet Wraithships are a bit to small to be a crusiers don't you think? So maby it's time to invent some L.cruiser for CWE? I got to think about it. The pic are counters from "Tyranid Attack" game.

I think the smaller old Eldar models could be used for Wraithships. But a light cruiser could be neat addition.
