While not a modeling project, I wanted to mention that I've been working on a set of rules for publication over the last (nearly) 3 years. Current status: playtested, proofed, and with a publisher for editing and layout. More info forthcoming as developments warrant.

The game is individual vehicle/gun/inf. teams, and has handled forces up to a reinforced battalion without any hiccups; playing time for a large game runs about 3 hours. Hit/penetration for armor, lots of different vehicle systems to choose from, six "generic" factions, with brief histories, military organizations, and vehicle designs (95 different vehicle and infantry designs, including some specifically made for training/learning scenarios), 13 scenarios, and construction rules for vehicles (tanks, walkers, STOVL, Air), field guns, dropships/drop pods, and infantry.

There are a lot of choices for playing style/genre creation, but it's not as complete as I'd like it to be. There are two add-on modules planned to rectify this, the first of which is ready for submission.

So, I'll make an official announcement in the proper forum when it's closer to publication. As of now, though, it's what I'm working on.

Just began work on my 1/2000 Spanish Armada; only 2 schooners, 2 brigs of war, and a East Indiaman/privateer assembled so far.

Trying to finish off the bases also on my 1/2000 scale British fleet.

French fleet will be next, followed by a small American fleet also.

Pics to come eventually  :sulk:

Nice work, Napalm. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who thought of using MkI Paladins as a proxy for Errants.

Well, they've got a big melta gun and a power glove too

Right now, working on a SS scout unit for FOW:

Aside from lots of commission stuff I'm starting a new force for Future War Commander with lots of lovely Exodus Wars Guild stuff.  The first part of the army (4000 points) is undercoated and will be attacked with a hairy stick later today.

The Spanish Armada completed!  Not quite an armada really but a good mix of vessels and certainly big enough for playing some longer games.

SOL and FF wrecks that are WIP:
