Great work all round guys - I'm continually impressed by the level of work put out on EpiComms, the barr has raised so much in just thelast year, its all great to see!
Painted some more of my "lunchbreak IG" yesterday. Really like the simple green scheme. I think I've been playing too many games with my WWII Soviets
The plan was to sell this army, but I think I'm going to have to find a way around that - I may even sell the Desert Ferrin instead! I know its just plain green, but it somehow looks really cool to me
Got my trade order through from Figures in Comfort yesterday too, so my workshop is now drowning happilly in foam & carry cases - if anyone needs some good storage or cases for their troops, drop me a line
Anyway, for now I'm off to the mountains for my Winter Visit, i fly in 9 hours so had best get some sleep! See you all in 10 days or so!

Figures in comfort cases are great. Spent the weekend re-organising my Epic and WFB armies so fitted better into cases. Before Christmas I had bought the IG Tundra army that Tuffskull had painted on comission- without Titans I can get all 8,000 points worth into a single Mini Ultimate (4-tray case).
Most of my gaming group are using them instead of the GW cases- they've found that you can get even a large WFB army in just one case. Most of us had bought the Ultimate (8-tray case) and loved the flexibility of the trays- you can get cavalry and tank sized trays!! I need to get one more of the Mini Ultimate and maybe a Super Ultimate Plus (12-tray case).
Enjoy the skiiing!!
Cheers
James

Hi,
Congrats Stormseer! Uni was awesome when I went, so you'll no doubt have a great time. BTW, I got a powerkite for Xmas from my brother, but havn't had the chance to use it yet, but living close to loads of surfing beaches should mean I get a decent amount of use out of it this summer.
On the modelling front, I started to post some Ork army diary pages up on my website, so took the chance to snap a pic of all of the Ork warbands I have still to paint.
Boyz and Boyz and Boyz (and Nobz and Grotz)
Might have it finished by 2006. I think my next army will have to be small and really quick to paint.
Cheers, Freshmetal

Hi,
I've just had a horrible thought. After posting the picture of all the infantry I need to paint, I checked what Ork plastics I had left and can easily top all of the Big Wabands up to 'Uge, and still have loads leftover! That's 6 'Uge Warbands! 3000 points!
That's 180 stands and 828 individual troops! All that in ratio to the single pot of Goblin Green I have. Dunno why I do this to myself sometimes.
Cheers, Freshmetal

- Working on 3 different SM AAA dets. All the AFVs are conversions. ?
- Also based painted a bunch of terrain pieces. Including the old F/W Warmaster Ork Village, it will work perfect for Snake Bitz/ F-Orks!
- Plus some stuff from Grendel, etc. Will all go to my Epic terrain collection for different planets. Most is 15 or 25 mm but will fit in well, regardless...
- I mean Lava pits, weird obelisks, ruined idols, etc. work in any scale!

Congrats on the position Stormseer!
Freshmetal thats a pretty cool idea to have a huge warband for each clan, will be fun as they built up history over games.
