is it possible to use gw or vallejo game colors in an airbrush, or will it gum it up and be a pain?

Airbrush manufacturers usually recommend thinning the paint with acrylic thinner before using it. It smells nearly as bad as enamel thinner but spares from the clogging effect.

I've been using GW paints thinned down with regular water without any problems so far. Just make sure you clean the brush thoroughly after use.

Cheers! :)

I second that.
I have been using GW paint successfully for a few projects now.
Just a word of caution to any new Air Brush painter.....NEVER lend your Air Brush out. Not even to a close and trusted friend
They need to be thoroughly cleaned after EVERY use and it can be a real pain in the ass cleaning three month old paint out of em.

:p
