Any chance of a scale comparison next to a GW epic squat? |

The left ironclad looks like it would make a cracking exosuit squat. Dammit, I may have to draw from the EW pension fund again. |

If I weren't heavily invested in WM at 10mm if jump at these. Any chances of doing 6mm Ratmen? That'd get my interest in a big way. |

I'm going to do all of the traditional armies at some point, ratmen included. It's really just a matter of when. I'm not sure I would do any contraptions or war engines for them though. |

Just because of the difficulty in making them unique? |

I really want a 6mm version of our Khazari Warchief on a shield now, complete with plasma pistol and hat. Might stick him on a throne, that would probably fit the Khazari theme more. Definately going to buy the Microworld guys though, they look lush. |

Yeah, certain things I can kind of match up with GW counterparts and I don't feel too dirty. I can have cloth armored "conscript" rat spearmen, a little more armored guys with HW and shield as the warriors, then armored "ratguard" with a halberd. Things like that aren't too bad, but making them use crazy engineering contraptions...not sure how I would really do it without outright copying. |

Why not expand on the idea? Ratmen with crazy contraptions can't be copyrighted but if you clone the GW army you'd have issues. Take for example ratmen infantry support weapons: Ratmen snipers Ratmen flame throwers Ratmen Chaingunners Well you could argue that its a copy of GW's army list. So add some new cool models, we'll love you for it and you've now made the concept your own. Ratmen with rocket launcher Ratmen with mortar In the same way that you could have rat troll and rat wolves. Well that could be seen as derivative but expand it. Rat troll Ratmen bat riders Rat wolf Rat arachnids The Ratman Centipede (I would probably skip that one) Vehicles The Bell of Doom The Unicycle of death Have the bell as a turret, with options to use a large crystal or book mounted pedestal instead. Everyone has done a unicycle at some point (except EW so far) they are textbook WWW2. So its no biggy |

I really love these models, it's just a shame that I have nobody to play with.... |
