There's something i have been looking for ages, and i don't seem to be able to get. and that's tengu (more properly known as a karasu tengu) miniatures 25-28 mm scale. For those of you who don't know what a tengu is:
Long ago there was a Ral Partha miniature which seems to be just perfect:
But it's OOP, and it's impossible to get one (i have been checking the net for a very looong time, and never saw one available). So my questions are:
- Do you know of any company which produces this kind of creature?
- Do you know of any other miniature which could be easily converted? (chopping out the head of a samurai, using a bird's head from somewhere and the wings of a swooping hawk and the sculpt the feathers over all the exposed flesh is NOT considered an easy conversion)
- Last of it all, do you know any "cheap" 28mm miniatures sculptors? ?
OK, maybe the last question is out of order (i'm not that rich after all...)
