Post subject:  Mounting new mortars...

So I bought a pack of 120mm mortars that were on sale today. The pack came with three mortars on their small trailer and three ready for firing.

So I am thinking that I will mount the trailers like I did the one cargo trailer. Put them onto a small metal base and that way I could say they are being towed by what ever vehicles I want.

Then I will take the three others, along with the empty trailers and add some ammo boxes and put them on larger metal bases. No crews. That way I can place them with any army I want when it comes time to use them.

Got that idea from a web site I was looking at the other night.  :;):

Ah, I am going to be doing photos as I mount them. I will be doing that in a little while later today. Have to take Maddy to her Girl Scout Outing first.  :;):

Then feed Daniel and Myself, then play at mounting.

True, you owe us. But I can garentee that pushing 120mm or even 54mm will fail. 15mm is as large as I go now.

Now pushing down, maybe I might enter the world of Aeronefs. I mean the Britannia Class Battlecruiser looks good and the Cossack Class Patrol Nef would be fun to have in both the 1/1200th and 15mm scales.

We shall see.  :;):
