LaserStorm is a new rule set for 6mm gaming. I find the rules to be simple, yet still entertaining. I wrote a short review and AAR of my first game on my blog. http://gamingandshooting.blogspot.com/2015/09/laserstorm-6mm-grand-warfare-first-play.html

My next step was to build some unit stats for the armies that I already own. And that means Epic 40K. I started with Marines and Eldar as those are my biggest armies.

I have created PDFs for each army and posted them on my blog. http://gamingandshooting.blogspot.com/2015/09/laserstorm-army-lists-for-my-epic-40k.html

These are a work in progress. I have more units to add, but I think I have the basics all here. I may also need to adjust some stats once a few more games are played with these units. If you think something is out of whack, please let me know.

I plan to add Imperial Guard, Ork, and Tyranid army lists, as well.

Good work Sean. I appreciate what you've done, and look forward to seeing the others. I've sent Ivan the condensed 'Bootcamps' he wrote to put on the back of his Play Charts page for perhaps a better Reminder Sheet.
Tactical Command seems a bit slow about giving LaserStorm it's own sub-heading. Is this normal? I know Ivan has put in the request. Where would be the best place to keep all these conversions, plus those from others, as they are made? I'm working on Kraytonians and Renegade Legions.

A rules set generally has to be around and persist in popularity for a bit before it gets a subforum I think. Otherwise the board would be overpopulated with each new flash in the pan ruleset.

I don't mean to be a troll or anything, but Polyversal has its own thread and it isn't even out. I also don't think Age of Tyrants is out yet either.

Having said that, I totally understand wanting a game to have some legs before it gets its own sub-forum.

I plan to post about the game as I play and put together some stuff for it. I hope people will check it out as I think they will like it.

As a disclaimer, I do have a couple of my pictures in the rulebook, but have no other affiliation with the game or publisher.

If you wouldn't mind, I would like a copy of your cheat sheet. You can send me a PM if you are willing to share it and I will give you my email address.

Yeah don't get me wrong sean_68333, I'd like to see a subforum for it too, but its only been out a week and I think a bit more discussion, games, and lists etc would help a solid case be made for it. Hint, hint ;)

I'd like to see the cheat sheet also if you don't mind Bill, maybe you could attach it to a post here too?

Fair enough. I hope to get a game or two in this weekend using the lists I created for the Marines and Eldar. I plan to post reports if I can get the games in.

I will also work on the other lists for additional Epic 40K Armies.

This actually sounds really quite good - one thing which did seem strange though was something about rolls of one counting as suppression ? (not sure where I read it though) ? Can you clarify what that means?

When you roll a one it pushes the closest enemy back 3".

Good work, Sean. Now I need the same for Chaos, Tyranids, Squats and Imperial Guard. Maybe tomorrow? ;)
