There is something about the French Golden Demon entries and winners which are very inspiring (especially from an Ork perspective).

Most of you will already have seen the classic Flying Squiggoth and Grot One Wheeled Bike.

But this model I think is classic Grot and works really well.



Another nice little Grot Tank



and a really nice Squiggoth (note the addition of hair).



These are really nice conversions, well painted and very inspiring.

I then go and look at the (how much, six pounds, you are kidding aren't you, you're having a laugh) UK Golden Demon book in GW and check out the Vehicles section (all walkers mind you) and think hmmm.... maybe I should go to France Games Day instead this year!!! (well next year as 2005 is being and gone).
