I do have to wonder if the best way to handle this is to dedicate some time to spoiling it. Have two people bid one meeeellion dollars on it, and just don't pay. For every auction. Eventually he'll get bored. Problem is, there's a big overhead in setting up ebay accounts with sufficient feedback to be able to bypass the restrictions.
