I had a bike part from a trade in the UK delayed by ~6wks, though it arrived the other day. My part of the trade took less than 6 days to arrive.

As for posting to Germany, Mosc, are you following the precise anally retentive proscriptions the German post office has for parcels? AKAIK, if something doesn't fit their ridiculously rigid idea of what a letter or parcel should be (dimensions, rattles when you shake it etc) then they have a complete mental breakdown and collapse in a jibbering mess.
