Somehow I find it very difficult to read the posts with these colors.

Can we please get other colors or a few additional skins so everybody can choose for himself?

Absolutely. Dont worry, these colours are not here to stay. When the various issues such as attachments and editing are resolved, I willchange the colours to make them more readable and consistant.

Sorry about this. In the last three/four weeks I have been on holiday, arranged to buy a house, my wife has finished one job and found another, had a car crash and had my PDA die on me!  :p

Hopefully, things are settling down and the colours will be sorted out shortly!

I'm guessing the colour changes have started already. I won't embarrass myself by revealing how long I've just spent staring at the screen looking for the New Posts tab before finally realising it had just changed colour !
Time for new glasses, I think...

Sorry, CS, I'm not digging this no color scheme. I liked the blue better. I'm hoping this is just a "transitional" phase.

I can see the text on most posts better ! :D ?You are doing a great job, C/S ... even though it appears you have been rolling "1s" in your off line/real life ! :D ?I know the feeling ... been a long time since I rolled a "6" in my life ... Always have to roll a "9" ! ? A 6 followed by a 6, followed by a 6 !!!!! ?:( ? :;):

Umm I'm not over enthused on this colour scheme either, the blue text for online users and the like seems to get lost.  either that or I need to get my glasses checked.  :D

:D  And so it starts!

The various bits will be changing over time (as fast as I can - give limited free time). The text will become lighter across the board, the blue main borders will change to something darker too.
