Apparently, I dont exist! And I am a hanger on!  
This is now fixed. Just that the boards fail to recount the members after backups sometimes. It may do it again until the next backup.

Yes. This is basically because the 'New Post' button is a search on its own - just a specialised one, and uses the mechanism.
