Post subject:  Epic 40k Sub Tidy up
Could we get a bit of a spruce up in the Epic 40k sub forum? There is a ton of threads in there that could do with being moved to the correct edition sub forums. I know its one of the quietest subs on here (We still need that sub forum tidy up, allowing the 3rd ed sub to take the trophy as quietest sub on here! ;D )

I completely understand that it's a low traffic area, therefore a very low priority job, but it would be nice to add a few new threads for 3rd edition in there and promote the forum a bit on the 3rd facebook pages. It's hard enough to encourage people to still use forums over social media, without contending with the junk threads in there! :)

Hey Rex,

I've just moved some posts from the first page, but have left the moved links in place. In a more active sub those links would all just fall off front page quickly … e40k gets so little traffic that might take a while.

So those threads are now essentially 'dead' within the e40k sub, if you create new threads and content they will get pushed down. Be great to see more e40k content :) (and e30k!)

I've only done a few on the front page, as can;t see much value in going back further, but if there's anything that really needs to move, flag it here.

That's cool, Thanks for doing that.

I fully expect that it will take a while to clear, 3rd Ed is very dead here! But it would be nice to promote the forum on the facebook groups, the 3rd Ed pages are getting more & more popular.

I'm looking at adding a bunch more E40k content, its great to see it gain a lot of popularity recently and posting here offers far more longevity than facebook does!

E30k content would be awesome!

The E40k remaster is slowly starting to, well, start! So hopefully that will draw a few more people back into Epic gaming!

Yeah 3rd edition is really becoming the new hotness on Facebook right now. Just needs to be a bit redacted to incorporate the later rules changes and sorted out to bring it to a proper fan project as it deserves.

To get topics moved, you can just use the report to moderator button and request that they are moved. This is what I do. CS usually moves them :).
