I have had a report of someone not getting the eMail notification for topic updates here. Is everyone else getting the expected eMails from this board? (Mine seem to be fine.) Thanks. |

I get email notifications for new messages so in general the alert system seems to be working... |

Thanks for the feedback. For those who are not getting notifications, can you... - Check that you have this emabled: Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Posting Defaults > Notify me upon replies by default = yes - Check your current thread subscriptions: Control Panel > Overview > Manage subscriptions - Check your email address is correct: Control Panel > Profile > Edit Account Settings > E-Mail Address - Check that you have enabled email notification for PMs: Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Global Settings > Notify me on new private messages = Yes If all of these still seem to be OK, please double check your email to check any 'junk' folder or 'blacklists' and please 'whitelist' tacticalwargames.net in your email settings. If this is all in order and you are STILL not getting thread notifications, please let me know below. Thanks. |

I am late to this, but I am receiving PM notifications. Seems odd that there are some folks who are not. Could it be that the missing emails are being trapped by a spam filter? |

If spam, I would still see them in a "Junk" folder in Outlook, but there is nothing. I think it has happened to too many users at the same time to be a spam issue. |

Agree with Battlespace. Could it have something to do with location? Doesn't seem to be a problem for UK members. Anyway I am a luddite so who knows . LOL. |
