Is it possible to write a .htaccess redirect rule (assuming your ISP has the correct Apache mods installed) to simply rewrite all the

cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?

urls to

forums/index.cgi?

That wayu all the old URLs would still work in a way.
