When including a Titan in your IG / SM army do you alter the points cost for different weapons fits and if so what sort of prices are we talking about? This stems from looking through the list of weapons options available and noticing the Chainfist is clearly inferior to the Power saw but there are no points values indicated. |

Hi! I think that at a future date different configurations and prices will be done, since its obvious some weapons are better than others. SM1 and net epic all have comprehensive costs for different weapons configurations. Primarch |

Yes, as Primarch said, AT/SM1 weapons configurations all had points cost and you could "build" your own Titans. E:A has not released anything like this yet ? |

Hi! I think Jervis mention that would come "later". Primarch |

Good to know, I suppose we'll just have to wait for them to appear in the Vault then. |

Jervis has already stated that the current Titan and Aerospace rules may be developed further into standalone rulesets/games at some point. |

There will be titan variants released in future. They will only be releasing "offical" stats and points costs for weapons that can be bought from the current Specialist game model range. Hence why all the imperial titans only have one set of weapons in the current lists. The Ork gargants have different options, since you get those different weapons in the re-released Ork gargant boxes. |

What about Forgeworld variants? I saw in the back of Epic A rulebook it mentions the couple of FW Reaver & Warhound variants that are currently out. Does anyone know if Forgeworld are due to release any further Reaver weapon configs? Also does anyone know if Forgeworld have any plans to releasea Lucius Pattern Warlord Titan? I have asked the question directly but as yet have had no response. (But then again I only sent them the e-mail on Friday). Cheers James |

I've gone one step further... I mount all my Titan weapons with small Earth magners now so all my latest Titans are not configuration-dependent. I have no idea if or when the new Titan variations will come out. Take care and Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak. |

Forge World Titans: - Reaver 1 - Volcano Cannon, Gatling Blaster & Rocket Launcher. - Reaver 2 - 3 Rocket Launchers. - Warhound 1 - Mega Bolter & Plasma Blastguns. - Warhound 2 - Turbo Lasers & Inferno Cannon. ? That's what it says in their catalogue and I have a couple still in the box. ![]() From recent events it appears F/W & S/G will be coordinating better and we will see less duplication of effort, hopefully... ![]() But I'm still not sure what the E:A Warlord will look like? E40K, or what? ![]() None of the pics on the G/W UK site will download for us! ![]() |

I was wondering something similar. I want two Warhounds, and I like a mix of the two types available. But, factoring them as 250 points is fine for now, but what if the Inferno weapon fit is 260 points? This will throw out all my calculations. So, do I get two of the basic types and play it safe, or one of each and hope that they are the same points cost when the Inferno fit gets an official points value? |

Hi Legion 4 If you have them still in the box then hopefully you will be able to answer another question that I asked FW. How easy is it to swap the arms around? i.e. betwen left & right sides? The reason is that I want to do 2 Reavers- one with 2 Volcano Cannons and the other with 2 Gatling Blasters. But I was wary of how difficult it would be for me, as an inexperienced modeller without all fancy kit, to cut and work with resin. Cheers James |

Hi! Maksim's way of putting the weapons on by magnets is what I consider "the gold standard". It involves a little work but the payoff in "customization" is unparalled. Primarch |

The F/W Titan weapons work just like any Titan design. They just pop into a hole, I don't see any problem with left or right. No conversion needed. Simple... ![]() |

Well, my e40k warlord would look funny if I swapped the left and right arms, since the blast shields would be on the inside instead of the outside of the arms. |
