Just for some ideas for Epic. We still use the original SM1 unit organization system. It is a lot like real world military Tables of Organization & Equipment [TO&E]. This is like the Epic Armies lists or card system. We also added some SM2, E40K and E:A rules to our TO&Es. We cherry picked what we liked ...
And we update them when new units/models, etc. become available, etc. Some examples : [if you click on them they line up correctly and make them easier to read.] ...
