This is the entire reason for the five-minute warmup. If this kind of stuff matters to you then talk to your opponent about it at the start of the game.

Just trying to play how the Rulebook says, and I repeat, it contradicts itself.

I just see that each player group uses different rules for LoS but I wanted to stablish some standar here.

Except it doesn't because it can be read in multiple ways (English is really a shit language for clarity) and you're not going to gain consensus. JJ even admitted as much hence the 5 minute warmup being baked into the game from the early testing versions (which incidently I just found out got archived by WBM so that's neat!)

That being said, if you were meeting with me and felt you wanted to do for wysiwyg and do that, I'd be thrilled to accommodate you and would just be happy to play :)

Usually for us, we decide before game what can be covered by what. For example ruins, check from highest point. Multi-tiered hills, per tier. Usually along the lines of these can cover WEs, these can cover Warhound sized, these full sized titans etc.
