Glad you liked it. I have the follow up on painting at 6mm (for the lazy) scheduled for Wednesday. Have plans for a mini series that would hopefully take people from interest to playing their first few games. After the painting one goes up I'd start doing brief overviews of the armies/factions (EpicUK focused as that's what I play), how they play, strengths and weaknesses, etc. |

Great article! Very minor typo but you mention a variant for playing small games at 100 points but I think you're missing a 0 out there. |

What I appreciate in that article is about "paintingto what you're comfortable with". Too many times people get all caught up in the trap of being perfect and never get around to painting at all. |

Yeah I realised pretty quickly that it was a choice between doing a handful of bases really nicely OR having a painted army. I don't have the willpower to do a full army to display standards. That way leads to madness.... |

Great stuff Scut. Your armies always look fab on the tabletop too. I'd expand on your don't make things the same colour point by saying make your bases a different colour to the model itself - especially on infantry. |
