i tried searching first (using two different spellings) but didn't get very far. Q1 'Example: EPIC UK team one (consisting of four players) wins the initiative and decides to move first. As there are four players, eight formations must be activated before the initiative is passed onto the other team. If one player runs out of activations then another team player cannot activate more of their own formations.' This appears to mean that a team with uneven activation numbers is capped at the lowest number of activations of any team member. Is that the intention? It seems a bit easy to game if 2-3 players gang up on whichever enemy team member is doing worst. Q2 'A team's activations are in two parts: • Every team member's first activation are classed as happening simultaneously. • Every team member's second activation are classed as happening simultaneously. This means that only one formation may fire, or engage one enemy formation in each phase.' Does the last sentence mean that each activated formation must 'target' a different enemy formation for it's action? |

Never played it but would assume that the answer to Q1 should be that if one team member (out of 4) runs out of activations the team activates 6 formations rather than 8 (i.e. no compensation) For Q2 - I think you are right. An enemy formation can be targetted by maximum of 1 of the first 4 activations. I think the intention is that it can be targetted again by a maximum of 1 of the second 4 activations as well but I'm not sure if that's what it actually says. |

Quote: If one player runs out of activations then another team player cannot activate more of their own formations.' Ie, nobody bring a Titan Legion. ![]() |

For an upcoming team game I think I'll just grab some bits from the Megageddon rules and do my own PDF, rather than referring people to Megageddon plus XYZ changes... As far as Titan Legions go, I was planning to take relatively low-activation Death Guard. ![]() |
