Can anyone tell me how far onto the board a garrison may set up?

I can't find the rule for it anywhere, just when they may set up

From 6.1.5

Here is a follow up question:

Does that quote mean a) units must be in my half of the board and within 15cm of an objective on my half of the board, or b) units must be in my half of the board and within 15cm of ANY objective (ie an enemy objective close to the midway line could allow units to deploy)

it means a).
