So I gotten my hands of on a bunch of epic chaos titan parts and I am trying to find out where / how to use them best. Looking at the NetEA compedium rules it seems the Emperor's Children's Painlord is the only Chaos Titan to be able to field Chaos Energy Whips. When these titans, such as the Painlord (but also Plaguelord, Repugnant, Fester etc.) were conceived by the community did the other weapons that they came with have an equivalent in old epic weapons? The Painlord for example has a psi-pulse, tormentor and a excruciator weapon. Were these just made up on the spot or did the makers have a particular weapon in mind? And was there a particular reason we didn't stick with some of them many (and unused) existing titan weapons, heads etc.? Oh and what about chaos titan tails? the banelord has a tail weapon. most of the community brewed titan weapons are equivilent (ie the same, or larger versions) of the weaponry carried by the Lost and the Damned Demon engines. |
