a riptide suit:
compared to a crisis suit
Someone's estimated a riptide as being 2.5x a crisi suit in height which I think ~ a 28 mm mini - so maybe a mash of tau firewarrior and robot (tau drone or cryx) parts?

Not that I'd suggest that anyone pay 2500,-DKK for a suit collection, but there is a very nice comparison pic in the GW webshop: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... od2000011a It's shopped, of course, so the Riptide may not be exactly that size, but it does looks like it's about 2x-2.5x the height of a Crisis suit. Just look at the plasma weapons slung under the gatling cannon then compare to the ones on the Crisis in the pics above.... |
