Is there a printable reference sheet available for the Swordwind Biel-tan army? Oddly it appears to be missing from the PDFs

The Compendium has one at pages 154 and 155, I believe.
If you mean the Swordwind version specifically: I don't think there is. Suffer, MORTAL!

Odd, there is one, it is missing from the GW website. If you PM me your email address I will mail it to you (it is 1.7MB).
Meanwhile, perhaps someone could ask their GW contact if it has been missed after the resources went offline a couple of weeks ago?

I think it has been missing for some time. The files I have predate their temporary removal from the website
