I think that one is a joke (world is meant to end on december 21st 2012 because an ancient civilisation didn't put any dates beyond that on their calendar......)

On a more serious note. Was this comment serious.

Dramatic would be saying that there's no need to worry, because GW has already planned to remove the content later this year. December 21st, to be exact. Thus GW will cause the end of the world.

I haven't heard this. It's not that i misstrust you Spectrar, but with the current state of this thread It's hard to know what comments to take serious. It's a serious matter if their planning to scrap the specialist games. Finaly could I seriously use the word serious more without sounding unserious?

You will find this is a tongue in cheek reference to end of the world predictions... see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_phenomenon

Yeah, that was a joke. I've got no inside track on how GW will destroy the world.

Well if the introduction of Finecast is not a harbinger of forthcoming doom, then I don't know what is!!

I see it going.....

"OK. I have written out the calendar for the next 2500 years, next is 22nd December 2012.... What did you say? Visitors? Sure I will come and say hi. Where did you say they were from? Where is.... Espania? I will finish the calendar when I get back."

Finecast wouldn't work at Epic scale. It's a really crappy casting method that requires huge feed and evacuation lines, truth be told.

Sorry to 'derail' this thread back... on... topic.... ;D But, I have it on good authority that the missing SG resources is a technical glitch and they should be returned and available shortly.
