Silly question... more like clarification... the tournament scenario states that you need to achieve at least 2 of the 5 available objectives. Let's say the game finishes on turn 3, Bob has 3 objectives and Don has 2, so the score is 3 - 2... that's presumably still a victory for Bob right? or does it count as a draw as both sides have achieved the minimum of 2 objectives? I'm guessing it's a victory for Bob.

Shall get my dunces hat and sit in the corner :)

Victory for Bob, but not a very convincing one. :-)

I believe you meant Goals not objectives.
Ben has pointed out it would be a small victory (by 1 goal for the points scoring) .
Just remember, I believe Mephiston will have already pointed it out, that 1-0 is still a draw.

The relevant section of 6.1.7 with extra emphasis added

Quote:
You win if you have achieved two of these goals in the end
phase of turns three or four, and you have achieved more
goals than your opponent

Aha, shall bear it all in mind when I'm scrabbling around near the end of turn 3 trying to desperately turn the tide ;)
