I don't know if these have been mentioned already, but the 'Kreen Assault Infantry' look like they would do an admirable job as Vespid Stingwings for Tau

http://www.microworldgames.com/collections/6mm-scifi

......Although I havent yet seen a Tau list that actually HAS vespid in it, but maybe for the future? lol

I did hear that there was a user on here who could help out with proxy models (not sure how much I'm allowed to say lol)

Does anyone know which user that was, as I can't seem to find him anymore??

Interesting possibilities in this pre-order from Spartan Games

Unfortunately this is no longer the case for various reasons. While we as a site do encourage the production of new miniatures for personal use or sale, for obvious reasons we cannot support the design or sale of miniatures whose IP is not owned by the creator.

Hey guys, regarding the miniature range from Steel Crown productions (Exodus Wars) does anyone know if these minis can sub in well alongside 6mm Space Marines (of both new and old variety)? Was hoping to add a bit of variation, and use the guy in the middle of these bases as a Sergeant.

Really my main concern is scale, and also how these miniatures look up close (haven't been able to find any zoomed in photos unfortunately!)

(these are Exodus Wars Guild Myrmidon Centuria)

Also, if these Edenite Jump Infantry might look OK as Space Marine assault guys (was thinking of using them as pre-heresy World Eater Berserkers, for anyone who is familiar with that concept!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I don't own either of those models in particular, but EW's stuff scales pretty well with Epic in general. Look for Zulu-warrior's log - he uses them for SM, though not mixed like you're planning.

Thanks a lot for that, extremely useful and inspirational blog (here is a link for those interested: http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewtopic.php?f=119&t=19531&start=105)

They aren't particularly expensive, so will put in an order and post my findings! :)

All EW's stuff rocks. I have two armies that are mostly or entirely EW at this point, and have a third saved in my cart waiting for a couple new releases. You won't be disappointed.

All Exodus Wars and DRM are completely compatible with Epic ... I own most of their ranges ...

If I din't have the Kroot Hounds already, I think I would look into if the Warmaster: Vampire Counts Dire Wolves or Warmaster: Chaos Houndscould be used scale wise.

Anyone know any good Ork vehicle proxies? GW's prices are ridiculous and I always get them snatched out from under me on ebay :{[]

I'm really interested in buggy proxies but all vehicles/war engines would be helpful, I noticed some of the one's earlier which were decent, but I'm hoping for something a bit more orky.

I'm thinking I could maybe use 6mm WWII halftracks etc as battlewagons/trucks, but I'm lost on everything else.
