Hi, in the book on the Barrage section: Quote: Extra Blast Markers: Really large artillery barrages are very effective at suppressing enemy troops as well as killing them. To represent this, a large barrage may inflict one, two or three extra Blast markers, as shown on the barrage table. The Blast markers are placed in addition to any Blast markers placed on a formation for it coming under fire or for any casualties that it suffered. If several formations are being attacked then each receives the appropriate number of extra Blast markers. the Extra Blast Markers are added for every casualties that it suffered or we add them just one? |

Just once for each formation under the barrage. They're extra to the one BM you get as standard. |

As Zombo says, (in addition to the BMs for each casualty caused) normally you add a single BM for coming uder fire, but for really big barrages this can increase to two or even three BMs for coming under fire. |
