New Necron list on SG (which proves it, as the Bellman would say...
) - v2 - havn't seen it yet, but am strangely tempted....

Haven't had a chance to play it yet but it looks better than the first list. The only issue I have is combining the Avatar with the Court of the Young King. Seems odd. Stealing Initiative is better now and forces you to take Guardian Warhosts so you can get a farseer. Which should stop those all Aspect Warrior armies from appearing. |

It sure makes that "formation" very easy to break and kill. It will be an ugly unit in assault, but will be out numbered by most other army formations. dafrca |

That list is a powergamer's wet dream... Most if not all units are either overpowered, undercosted, or both, and the special rules don't help. |

All units have reinforced armor. All vehicles/war engines are fearless. There is a war engine with 2x 120cm d6 Titan Killer attack. One war engine can infiltrate. Need I go on...?

Conversions, Primarch - but if it's that bad (and no, I STILL havn't seen it), I'm not so sure. There's loads of stuff for other armies that needs doing. And the troops ARE a problem. |

I don't see any problem with this list...  Sorry, had to say it for all the little fan-boys out there. As for the minis, well as we have said before, until we know where the FW relationship goes, it is up in the air. Could I see FW doing like they did for the Tau? Sure. dafrca |

One can hope... Well hope and act. Drop FW a line. Tell them how much you spent on FW Epic last year. Point out what you would spend the money on going forward. This will help push the line if enough of us did this. dafrca |
