Not content with the Labrador puppy my daughter was presented with on arrival, I'm keen to give Vassal more of a go.

Anyone up for a game and more importantly when?

Mid-day here (1200) is 0230 in New York, 0730 in London, and 1630 in Sydney.

I'm free from around 10am to 7pm weekdays if I'm not working that day.

Hi mate. I'll happily play you, time permitting.  :agree:

Currently, available time is zero as I am now being pummelled from all-sides, but things are looking good after July.

mattthemuppet would also be a good person to approach. He's currently in the process of moving OS, so right now is probably not good timing, but into the future he would likely be available. You should drop him a line.  :)

Or he may be reading this now...dobbed you in, Matt! HA!  :))

I'd be interested, but I'm just learning so probably aren't the sort of opponent you're after. I'm in sydney time zone. Large availability though.

Sadly the wife would have to be traveling or else endless questions about when will you have finished on computer will ring out.

That would be fine, I'm pretty hopeless on vassal anyway, have hard time viewing things from top down!

Off-topic, but as an aside, the next version of VASSAL40K:Epic should be just around the corner. There are many things they intend to fix, so I'm looking forward to seeing it.  :))

I'm even more looking forward to having some frakking time to myself to actually play with it, of course...  :sigh:

I'd be happy to play, though as GROOV3R said, I'm about to up sticks and head to the US in a week or so. However, once I'm there, I'll be all on my lonesome for ~2mths so I'll have plenty of spare time.

Speaking of which Mark, Friday night is looking to be my best (and last) chance of finishing that game - interested?
