Yep. There is. You should see Epic:Armageddon in the list of available systems you can download within Army Builder.

Having said that, it's currently a bit broken for a couple of units in a couple of armies, and the points values seem to be taken from the original book only--for example, Terminators and Land Raiders are more expensive than they appear in the E:A Handbook 2008.
The datafile is useable in its current state, particularly if you are willing to manually alter the points values if you're using the Handbook, but it needs further development.
On that note, I just received word this morning from harkan (the guy working on the Epic AB datafiles) that he is back on the job now. Hopefully, we'll see an update sooner rather than later. ÂÂ
