Apologies if this isn't the right bit of the forum for this question (I couldn't think of a better one but will be happy if mods feel it needs moving). Can anyone tell me which box set the plastic Catachans came in? A picture of said box would be very helpful before I start bidding on the wrong ones on ebay. Thanks for any help, L. |

They came in the Epic40K version and had 10 troops(2 stands) in each box. I don't have a picture but it was the one with the Valhallans and snow scene front cover. |

With putting the odd base with 3 or 4 figures on(most have 5)and commisars to differentiate the commander stands I've managed to get 3 companies worth and a suport section completed.So you could stretch out the numbers a little and lower the numbers needed slightly but they will be very hard to get hold of. |

They look very nice and mix in well. They will probably be what I will have to use when I take my catachans upto 5 companies in strength as with the other two IG armies I have. |

I've PMed you about them. The sprues I have only have Catachan troops and Valhallan support figs. Did the sprues not have any Catachan support figs in it? |

And replied  . I think that there was only one catachan pose but I'd be delighted to find out that I'm wrong. So far I'm planning on building 14 mini mortars with loaders built from beastmen torsos mashed onto catachan legs... (which reminds me, I need about 15-20 beastmen, preferably the glaive wielding one).I sense some kind of army-building blog coming on... |

There is only one Catachan pose, however as TRC mention and I know since I have a pack ... The DRM Jungle Fighters come in various poses and fit perfectly with the G/W Cats ...

Very nice stuff. I may have to take a look at getting some of those. That said, I'm clinging to the unlikely dream that I'll get to the GW Epic GT so I need at least the bulk of the army to be GW stuff. |

Just looking over my IG on hand TO&E - I've got 9 stands of Cats, 9 Cat stands designated as Gaunts Ghosts (put a Commissar on one stand), and a blister of DRM Jungle Fighters ... I guess since my BN in the 101 was trained for Jungle Warfare, I'm trying to re-live my youth !
