That looks awesome. Well done. I'll buy a copy!

One suggestion, how about doing it fixed price ($15 or even $20) and any money left over goes to a cancer charity, bearing in mind the dedication at the start?  If every thing is transparent and you publish the figures I can't see anyone minding - unless GW would have a problem with that.

Let me check with somebody on that - on first glance that is an EXCELLENT idea.

You could even ask GW to name a charity.

I'm in for a pre-paid copy too. Also happy to donate the excess to the cancer fund if everyone else agrees.

Obviously it will help people to make up their minds if a few more details can be determined in the near future:-
- Maximum (and minimum) costs
- Format (bound, Ring bound, "stapled" etc)
- Shipping costs (including packaging etc) especially for international destinations
Note:- If there are sufficient numbers, it is just possible that the printer might handle the shipping for you (for a small fee of course)

Now all you need is a translation service for the non-english speaking . . . . . ?:)
