Hi!

I always thought the Revenant needed very large jump jets in the rear of the model or on its' legs. It doesn't look capable of jumping all that far with the way it's modeled.

Yeah, another thing I dislike about the old model is the head - it looks rather strange and doesn't fit with the Phantom or Warlock -

Hmmm, this makes me wonder - Was it designed by Jes Goodwin, as the Phantom was? ???

A mix between the Revenant and the Slanneshi Daemon engines would be somewhere about right I think, but with visible jump jets.

Primarch and Stormseer,

It would be interested to know, sales wise, which was the worse seller, the new Eldar Phantom or the Ork Mega-Gargant. I'm willing to bet it was the new Eldar Phantom. You cant give those away....

I think Jes Goodwin did design the Eldar Revenant scout titan. The original title of the sketch before it was later turned into a physical model was Eldar Scout Ttian. I remmber the drwing very well. It does have large jump jets in the back. Possibly it has them on the bottom of its' feet as well.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Legion-4,

I like all versions of the Eldar Titans, and with the different Craft Worlds there might be different versions of the Titans, too (?).
Plus I stick by my technology evolution theory...

You've stated once or twice that one of your Craft Worlds has SJG OGREs.

Where do they fit on your Eldar technology evolution theory?

They don't seem very "Eldar-ish."

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Well Maksim,

It may be a stretch, but they are on a far-flung Crone World / Exodite agri-settlement.

Sort of the "Eldar that Time Forgot." :;): ?

Those 2 Warhosts include Star Wars Snow Speeders & Jabba's Sail Barge, plus Exodites and Falcon MkIs. ?

Out on their own, these guys kind of evolved differently than their brethren on the Craft Worlds. ?

What do you think? ?

Works for us...

They sounds more like:

"The Eldar the cat dragged in... " ?:)

Cheers,

Well Maksim,

They are no more "ad hoc," than some of the machinations that we jointly came up with for EoT/E-A IG/PDF proxies! ?

That being said, I could easily cover over most of the Eldar transfers on the OGREs with Tactical Markings, chaos symbols, skulls etc., from my various decal sets. And assign them to my SM1 Cultists TO&Es as Traitor IG/PDF/Cultist Artifact Weapons/Daemon Engines (?!), in keeping with the EoT Campaign theme. ?

Oh great, now I added another project to my ever growing missions list!

Thanks... :;): ?

Regardless the other stuff is staying in those Warhosts, I'll fill the slots left by the OGREs with some F/W or E-A Eldar stuff... :D
