OK Money sent for printing.

As TRC says, lets see how many people want a copy in London, UK. If we can get sufficient numbers to get a print run completed and shipped in time, Hena (and others) will have a good chance of collecting their copies at the London competition - so far TRC, Alansa, me, T-T, (Rug & Hena x3 yet to pay) is eight people without anyone else, and that does bring the shipping cost down significantly - - - - always assuming we all get signed up ASAP. So Sign up now folks

Mosc, could you check with the printers to see whether it can be completed in sufficient time to arrive in the UK by Friday June 27th.

I'd be up for picking on up at the London tournament. If this is the plan do you want $25 dollars now mosc and the postage part later, or a guestimate for the postage added on?

Mephiston/Ginger, splitting the cost on the shipping would not be that bad of an idea - in fact it is the best idea so far.  It is a nominal increase in Paypal fees (pennies really) but certainly will be covered in the pricing cushion and certainly would be the easiest way to do it.  In fact, wait to pay the shipping till after I send it that way we have an exact cost.

For anyone else I confirmed the International Shipping prices.  It would be $11.95 if I can fit it into a flat rate envelope in which it should fit (Armageddon does).  Regular 1st class is around $15, maybe less depending on the weight, for anywhere in the world except Canada and Mexico (which are under $10).

For anyone not Paypal savvy, a MO would be fine - perhaps I should update the top of this thread. :p

Don't forget Down Under mate!

I think a bulk post would probably be the best. We'll see how many are interested.

I would never forget you, my South Pacific friends.  That flat rate envelope will make it there for $11.95 and the 1st class (which allows me to cushion it a little better) will still get to you around $15.

I'm not sure how y'all are spaced geographically but if you have inexpensive in-country posting, it might behoove one person to order 'x' number of copies, then re-mail them.

What is the deadline date for people to get their money to you, so the books can be printed and shipped to arrive in the UK by Friday June 27th?

Should that be June 26th (assuming that you mean the tournament)?

I was thinking June 27th, but if you can do it by June 2nd (or 2th   )  that would be brilliant. How are the numbers going now?

Sixteen so far.  But once Hena and Black Legion send in theirs it will be close to or surpassing 25 books - enough for a run.

Received an email today that the proof should arrive by Thursday.  There were some formatting problems with the cover that I had to correct which delayed things a day and my daughter's Pre-K graduation caused another day's delay.

In all honesty the 2th :p of June won't be possible.  The 9th of June (or we can call it the 9nd if you prefer) is most likely the date I'll get the books in hand.  I should be able to get them out to y'all, but if anything goes wrong with the proof or the printing it may mean the Post Office won't be able to get them to your tourney in time.  Don't worry - there is always FedEx.  :)

I hope they arrive in time for the tournament in Baltimore though.  It would be cool to present a copy to Jervis.
