Hi guys, waiting for my plane at the moment, so thought I?d check out what I?ve missed to waste a few minutes ? You've been busy as usual I see!
Anyway, back in topic; Will hayes is the man behind the new Epic Super heavies which are being produced by the SG team. As we well know, he is also the man behind a lot of the 40K scale stuff to be produced by FW. Thus he is making 40K scale versions of all the new tanks at the same time that he makes the 6mm ones (The 40K versions to be made in resin by FW). They should be pretty much dead on representations of each other seeing as he can adjust them both according to how things look in either scale. So no worries about hundreds of different Mks of Eldar vehicles

Hi!
I wonder what other chaos models they'll make, the talon is the first one. Some chaos titan variants would be nice.

Some Chaos tanks too, and other vehicles that look useable instead of festooned with decorations from some Hallowe'en party.
As for the Scorpion, I can't say I'm a big fan of it... it just seems a little oddball. Why the cuts into the curves? They're starting to look just a tiny bit like scythes, and that's not cool, IMHO.
Time to stcok up on the older SHTs, maybe in exchange for the cheesey looking Chaos engines I have.

For those who might not have seen. They have set up the Offical Forum differently.
They now have section for each "race" or Army List. So if you wish to see what they are up to for Necrons, you go to the Necron Section.
Anyway, just thought you guys who do not go offten might want to know.

Cheers mate
I hardly ever go either. I'm still peeved about the whole 'who got credit for playtesting EA thing' and with the good guys here I need go hardly anywhere else.

I saw this yesterday and to be honest I dont like it as much. I can see the reasoning behind it, but all those extra boards means that I simply dont have time to check them all. Which means that I will only check the few that I am more interested in, and may miss other potentially interesting discussions.

Hi!
Yup, noticed it too, but like CS, I rarely have time to visit anything beyond the general discussions forum.

Thanks for the heads up. I dont visit that forum very often any more so its good to hear whats going on over there occasionally - I'm back to being vain & searching for threads where my name pops up so I can answer any direct questions but thats about it - I simply dont have time for surfing many forums these days

One thing it does is allows you to find posts about an army you care about faster. Now some will not see that as a good thing, but others who want to phelp playtest their favorite armies find it useful.
I guess it all comes down to what you want from the forum.
