Checking their profiles, I find that both Justiniel and Mark_Cardiff live in Ireland; so it seems highly unlikely that either will be attending this international event :p

So I suggest we drop the total for London by two.

Thats right, sorry hadn't been watching the thread or I would've said!

Update: The first shipment is away!

The UK Tourney is receiving 27 books, shipped today.  Gavin and I worked together and were able to save each of you about $10 over the individual shipping costs.

There are five books that are held for the Baltimore Tournament goers (all spoken for).

The remaining books are actually defective.  There was a problem with the print job and they will have to be redone.  The shipper is making good on their mistake so it won't result in any loss, other than time to ship that is.  The NEAT Tournament should still have the books in time, however.  Once I am done with the tourneys (22nd of June) I'll ship out the remaining books.  Sooner if Mills Press sends the replacement books quickly.

Awesome news. Let us know who we need to pay for the shipping.

UK tournament folks will pay Gavin for the shipping at the tournament when they pick up their books.  Funny enough because of the combined shipping y'all will be getting your shipping for less than some people in the U.S.!

No. :glare: Unfortunately that mistake along with the others will remain.  To fix it would cost around $50 to run a new proof, a week to print it and ship it, then we'd have to do a whole new run.  We would most certainly miss the tournament not to mention making the cost go up.  It is already approaching $25 per book (leaving pennies for Cancer Research).

I am convinced erratas are a natural event with these books.  Despite how annoyed I am the fact is Raiders is far better off than Armageddon and Swordwind.

He appeared to really like it. ?He thumbed through it for awhile, commented on how nice all the models looked, enjoyed the artwork (specifically pointing at Randy Lindbourn's Necron Aeonic Orb rising over the Monoliths). ?He said thank you several times and I didn't see it in any of the trash bins so I am guessing it was positively received. ?No cease-and-desist letter yet. :p

UPDATE on Raiders...
They are printing the replacement books starting tomorrow, so hopefully they will be on my doorstep by early next week.

In the interim, I have a finite number of defective books that I will be happy to ship out to people for the cost of shipping plus a donation. ?The money will go towards the proceeds once again and help things out. ?As of right now, 100 books will cost $25.36 per book to print which is a loss to my pocketbook. ?Now that will change with every book sale but it would be nice if we could get something to charity sooner than later. ?

If you can't afford a copy at $25 or you want one that you can abuse then this would be a good purchase. ?Let me know by PM or email if anyone is interested (first come, first serve).

The misprints have random blank pages that run throughout the book. ?Some have 2 blank pages, some have 25. ?No information is missing, but you will go (ex.) page 25, BLANK, BLANK, 26, BLANK, 27, 28. ?It becomes annoying if you are searching that section but it isn't too horrible.

EDIT
Picture changed due to content.  Good grief am I dumb sometimes.

- - - - Or you could just order the real thing. The London copies arrived today, and I spent the morning failing to find adequate words to describe it. Lets just say that it is easily as good as anything produced commercially.

In summary, there is a very good resemblence in the weight and feel of the book to the E:A rulebook:- a reasonable weight glossy card cover, satin finish pages throughout, very crisp print and pictures. So I can highly recommend this without reservation.

Get you orders to Moscovian now

To all who ordered a copy of Raiders...  Every single one of them has shipped out except one (StudderingDave who will get his in person soon).  Seventy books went out total.  Thanks for trusting me with your money and being patient while the printing was done.

If you are interested in a copy NOW is the time to get your payment to me
.  I ordered 75 books, so there are 5 books waiting to be snatched up with no wait.  I have the envelopes (or boxes if need be) and a trip to the post office will not take long.  If you have questions contact me by email or PM.

Once those 5 copies are snatched up, I go into Pre-Order mode again where you will have to wait for (a minimum) twenty five book orders to stack up before I order again.  I will post here when those five are gone - if you don't see anything from me then assume you can get one right now.

Just a note about the mail download page - I have moved the file to the new server, and removed the links to the alternative downloads, since this new home should be reliable.
