Ignoring Legion 4's (perhas unintended) Xisor baiting, I should (or rather: I wish to) draw your attention and contributions here:
http://warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46402
It's actually a tremendous wee discussion we've been having on the background of the whole shennanigan, not the 'what to use the list as', so it's been difficult to stop it becoming 40k/Epic/BFG centric, but I think we're succeeding.
Not only that, but a general consensus has been reached that Demiurg and Squats shouldn't be the same(which I know we disagree on, but there you go).
I just feel there's amle potential to reconcile both views 1- That the Squat Models/line can be remade into an excellent race once more, with a less stuid name 2- That the Demiurg get to be their own independent aspect of a Dwarfen archetype extensively removed from the original Squat variations(and here is my main objection to the list: nothing in particular, just that it uses Demiurg where it's a Squat).
Past that, I've nothing useful as yet to comment on the game-side of the list, but hope that won't invalidate the rest of the post!
Legion 4: I comletely agree. So much so that they don't sound like Demiurg at all (joke)

I was wondering if two of the unit stats are intentional or if you forgot to delete it when you prepared v2.0.
You have the Demiurg Triker as LV, Mounted. ?Isn't that redundant? ?Shouldn't they just be LV? ?Or did you mean them to be Infantry, Mounted?
The Demiurg Autonoms are Infantry, Walker. ?While I've heard it suggested that the Seigemaster Sappers should be Infantry, Walker to show their ability to cross Razorwire, so I realize that it may have been intentional. ?Still, I expect that this is a holdover from AV, Walker (like all other dreadnought-like units). ?Are they supposed to be Infantry of AV? ?Are they supposed to have Walker?

Suvarov,
good to hear from you! How have you been?
Thanks for the catches on my 'legacy' errors. I will make notes accordingly for the next edition.
I'm currently running a check on Hena's concern regarding the Cyclops. It it gross, I thought its limited weapons fire made very fair, but we will go over it in detail.
overall reactions have been very good regarding the fictional aspects and they need to work hard for most of their wins and they lose often enough, but playtesting constantly is everything.
to all,
keep the notes coming public and private, Many thanks!

Hena. I'd have to say that your Overlord-hating is the first thing we've disagreed on! Wow-
So here is my take on them: 1. The mini's are cool (when painted properly). 2. If Demiurg originated on high gravity worlds blimps would be the only air cruising units they would have. Although gravity would affect skimmers and aircraft in a big way (despite any technology) blimps would always be subject to the laws of the universe and would float in any atmosphere.
Now that doesn't help in regard to the skimmers... But it is just a game so I'll let it slide (along with planetfalling something at 10,000 mph and having it reach a surface temperature of about 50,000 degrees!).

Suvarov and all,
I checked my notes:
the Trike should be scouts only
The Autonoms keep walker for re-rolling in swamps, rivers and any other potenitally dangerous terrain (unstoppable indeed!)
thanks again for the catch,
as to the Overlord these are not true skimmers, in the same manner that iron eagles are not aircraft or tanks, they are both support craft that exist to form a protective net over the ground units and lend their weight to assualts. I am fond of both units and in relation to the rest of the 40k universe they are just as unrealistic as everthing else
regardless I am still working on hena's comments about the LGB mole mortars and the Cyclops.
anybody else seen anything else that needs tending to?

Remove almost all armour and add a shield? Or use its high altitude as ane xcused for a save -but this would have to be reflected in a poorer performance when saving against other flyers.

Regarding Overlords:
in playtest they fulfill thier roles quite well without being overpowering.
unless they prove to be uneven is some way they are unlikely to be changed at this point, nor are they likely to be dropped due to their immprobability.

Background-hole alert!
Commerce by Demiurg standards was never limited to benign goods and services, but has always excluded technology exchange.
The Demiurg are noted as having sold the Tau Ion Cannon technology.
Solution? I propose changing it to this:
"but has always been extremely conservative, to the point of jealous, regarding technology exchange"
Or something along that line(and likely written better too...)

Xisor,
As always I thank you for your help, encouragement and constructive critisism. It's good to have someone read this so carefully and offer comment.
