epic, rememeber, is also a game of objectives; sometimes holdgin back till turn two to start on the enemy buys you key time to orchestrate a few things rather than just trying to wade in and get the kills; it's  waiting game!

I think that's the point. Remember, the problem within their playgroup is the Ork dominance. So by not playing "wade in and kill", they might be able to get around some of the problems.

I'm starting to think an article about how you might set up to assault a large Ork formation using Marines or Eldar (or both) is in order. Would that help you, Dust Devil?

There are some simple Marines tactics that my mate CAL001 showed me when first introducing me to Epic that would definitely apply here.  :)
