I thought about your comment, and noticed a small rule in the speed freek list that gave me enough hope to build this list (and I just managed to build a further 20 buggies today!):

85 models in 8 formations. I could split the fighta bommerz for more activations, as they aren't that vulnerable, and need not rally.
