just a heads-up - the latest online articles at the Specialist Games site include an article giving you a choice of a gazillion objective types, complete with special effects.

Another art. in Online 13: this time it's the assault scenario, with the attacker having 50% more stuff than the defender - a traditional variant, but a fun one too. With rules for razorwire, minefields etc, and a nice pic of assaulting Gorgons! Whee!

Just got Fan. Mag #10 ("the Last of the Mohicans"), nice articles on OBJs and assaulting fortifications. But nothing earthshaking ! And so goes another attempt at a mag dealing with Epic ... CJ, Firepower, Epic Mag and now Fan. Mag all in the archives ...  BTW, always liked the Gorgons, have all 3 versions in my IG. And as for OBJs, always liked putting an SM2/TL OBJ counter on or next to a structure, ruin, Star Gate, hill, etc., etc. !

The Terminators probably would have direct fired at the Gorgons first or vise versa ! Too many amateurs !

It is, Pitfiend! As an excuse, the Gorgons are scaling a wall behind which the red horde are lurking....I guess orbital and aerial reconnaissance (or climbing on a hill for a good look-see) are beyond the poor old IG

Aye. The way the Cult operates makes me like using purestrains as daemonettes, complete with summoning n stuff. Represents them exploding out of hiding to tear apart the enemies of the Cult, then disappearing back into the dark before they're proper exposed.
Of course, the giant genestealer statue on the back of the Altar kinda gives the game away...
