I think it has sold out (yet again). I remember seeing it in "very low stock" a while ago.
However I sure hope it gets back soon as I still haven't managed to secure myself a copy...

Either they are printing extremely small quantities or Swordwind is selling extremely well! Either way this must certainly be a sign to keep printed armylists available...

It is.  There is a question as to whether there will be another printing, but I rather doubt it.

Well with Epic being "estranged", if  S/wind is OOP, I guess the lesson here is if you might want it ... get it.  As with the "Archive" demise.  We did the same with the Armorcast terrain, we still have an order outstanding, as of 31 June '05 ... it's OOP too ...  "Time waits for no man ..."  :{

If they're going to stop making the printed book they should hurry up and put the PDF up on the SG web site like they've been saying they will.

If you don't mind doing mail order from Canada these guys have it in stock ATM:

http://www.sentrybox.com

They also stock the full range of specialist games. Usually 2+ of each blister/box set in stock. It's where I grab my stuff from.

Hi!

I'd say pick them up where ever you may find them, I beleive they will be the last ones with no re-printing in sight.

Because its no longer available from GW Online store, as I said.  I was supreised too...

Ive got a copy coming now (thanks L4!) but thanks for the offer The_Ape.
I cant see a reprinting happening either, but either it was a very limited print run, or its a great indication of EA popularity

Hi!

Limited print run. GW was so afraid of of excess inventory in this run of epic I dont think they made a lot of anything.

You'd think if a smaller inventory was sold out so quickly they'd make more, but I guess not. :(

Yes, I'm getting a copy for Tas, as I called and G/W US has them in stock.  If I can do this for anyone else, let me know.  It will be at cost + post and Paypals (or I could accept other payment methods [I'm easy!]).  Let me know soon, as I will be making the order Sunday ...  IIRC, it cost $20.00 USD.  I will make a $100 order to get 0 post. I will not pay $11 post !  So any extra models I order I will sell at cost + post and P/Ps ...  Well LMK if there is anything anyone wants ... I'm willing to help Epic Brothers out !  :;):

The decision to go all-.pdf was made after the Swordwind printing was in process.  I feel certain they went with the minimum order they could manage without causing contract problems or significant variations in their projected margins.

It's actually been in stock for 6 months or so.

=======

For anyone who wants a bound copy of a .pdf-only file that GW makes, I checked with some professional printers and as long as you can show proof that it is 1) your copy, or 2) public access, they will print and bind copyrighted materials.

If you are in the US, you can even email them the file and store location and they will have it printed and waiting for you to pick up.
