Excellent Jojo! :) Superb siege setup!

BUT!!! Hundreds of dollars worth of resin scenery and you are using a cardboard counter instead of one measly objective?? :p :;):

Don't blame him. These are my counters  :;):  I used Killerloops miniatures because he wanted to play with his Tyranides against his Siegemasters.

Go siegers! How did they do? :)

Ok - a little report: The table was very small (180cm x 90cm) and that's why we decided to play a scenario. The Siegers where placed in the City and the Tyranids had to assault from the opposing short edge with more points and some reserves entering from the long edges. The Siegers killed the 2 Harridans and the Bio-Titan (the small one - I don't know the name at the moment). On my right flank lots of little bugs where killed by barrages from the Artillery but on the left the siegeline broke because of a massive assault. After opening the Siegeline, Killerloop concentrated his bugs and the cityfight began. In turn 3 or 4 (can't remember) the Tyranids managed to enter the city but the Siegers on the right flank began to move and support their comrades on left flank.

It was fun to play the Siegers but they are too slow for my taste - hey ? they are Siegers ;-) Spawning was very important in this game because without the spawning rule, no Tyranids would have entered the City I think. I also had a second game against the Tyranids with the regular IG but I will report later.

Too bad there isn't much Siege players in here :(.

I play Siege guard.

On-Topic: I love that terrain, almost makes me want to spend money for some, almost. I'll stick with styrofoam for now, though.

General do you play book siege or use the revisions?

From the book. I have the revisions, but haven't taken the time to print them out yet.
