Well I enjoy the city fight in Epic so I have set to work on creating a cityscape to game in. After speaking to my good mates Geoff and Sean, I have gone with a modular concept. Concept: The city is mad up of 20 tiles at 50cm x 50cm each. It is five tiles wide and four tiles deep. All roads are fixed to the tiles and they can be rotated to fit different directions. The tiles can be fitted as 5 x 4 or 10 x 2, however you wish to play your game. The terrain itself is based on 3mm MDF and fits into the spaces left inside the road sections. They can be moved around the table and placed where ever you think they look best that day. The city has wall sections and a defensive perimeter, which is also mounted on 3mm MDF and can be placed on or removed as desired for you specific game. I have also created ruined versions of the from two rows of the city. Once again these can be placed anywhere to generate the desired effect.
