Like that wall, the low level of detail actually makes it look more like a large city wall.
Why not just get them printed by a professional printing company?

Sounds expensive! At least the prices I have seen, i.e. shapeways. Also, I'm mostly in it for the fun of learning things, including printing. I suppose one could argue that learning about pro printing is one such experience...

Great new everybody! The Hive work has splintered off the creation of a highly overambitious NetEA campaign using Mighty Empires as the core. Together with my fellow epicicians at the aptly named Armageddon club, we are ideating what is becoming an interesting adaptation of this trusty campaign system.
